Message From Dr. Watkins, Week of December 8

Saturday Grace Day is Coming

Parents are reminded about the Saturday Grace Day on Saturday, December 13, for students to come to school between 8:30 and 9:00 AM to complete class assignments in which they received a zero. In order for students to attend, parents must sign up their student by visiting the Cooper website at  www.cobb12.org/cooper. Parents are also required to come into the school to sign in and to sign out their student when they have completed their assignments.
 

Jazz Band Concert

The Cooper Jazz bands will perform on Tuesday evening at 7:00 PM.

Important Meetings

The School Site Council will meet this Thursday at 8:00 AM and the Foundation will meet Friday at 8:00 AM.

Parent Volunteers Needed

Parents are needed to volunteer in the cafeteria between 11:00 and 12:30 on Wednesday, December 17 so that the teachers can enjoy their holiday luncheon. Please contact Teri Neal at teri.neal@cobbk12.org or call the office at 770-819-2438.

Message From Dr. Watkins Week of November 17

Student Safety

Please help us keep your students safe by making sure that they are not dropped off to school before 8:00 AM. Staff don't arrive for duty to monitor students until 8:15.

McEachern Parent Night for 8th Grade

Eighth grade parents are reminded of the McEachern parent's meeting tomorrow at McEachern at 6:30 PM in their gym.

Evening Chat N Chew with Dr. Watkins

Join us for the Chat and Chew with the Principal on Tuesday at 6:30 PM in the Parent Resource Room.

Band and Chorus Concerts

There will be a band concert on Wednesday and a chorus concert on Thursday. Both are at 7:00 PM and students are expected to arrive by 6.

Cooper Foundation Meeting

The Foundation will meet this Friday at 8:00 AM, and

Thanksgiving Lunch Friday

All parents are invited to come and have Thanksgiving lunch with their students.
