The 6th grade orchestra concert has be rescheduled for tomorrow night at 7:00 PM.

Parent Volunteer Dinner

We will be honoring our parent volunteers this Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM in the Media Center. If you plan to attend, please contact the front office to let us know- 770-819-2438.

Summer Camp Deadlines

Parents are reminded that the deadline for signing up for the Rising 6th grade and STEM summer camps is tomorrow.  The application is on the Cooper website- www.cobbk12.org/cooper along with other important dates for the remaining 14 days of school.

2015 CEISMC KIDS Club and Summer PEAKS

We hope your family is having great holidays, and are getting ready for the new year! 2015 is almost here and Summer PEAKS are in development. We're working hard to put together a great lineup for this summer. Due to many campus collaborations, we are hoping to have our summer catalog ready by the end of January. Also, our application to go live in mid February! Check out our website ceismc.gatech.edu/summerprograms for more information. K.I.D.S. Club Still has space! The Holidays are over, bring your student down to explore some awesome STEM concepts. We still have a few spaces for 4th/5th for January 24, and plenty of spots for elementary students for February 21. Don't delay, these spots fill up fast! Our March 21 program will be offered in collaboration with the Atlanta Science Festival. registration will begin on the Atlanta Science Festival site on January 30. Introduction to Mobile App/Game Development

(iPhone & Android) 

COST: $60 per Saturday.
GRADES: 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, Parents

DATES: October 18, 2014, November 8, 2014, December 13, 2014 & January 24, 2015, February 21, 2015, March 21, 2015

For the older students of all ages and parents, grades 6 and up, are all invited to register for Introduction to Mobile (iPhone & Android) App/Game Development without Programming. Come experience a unique opportunity to learn with your kids or while they participate in other K.I.D.S Club sessions. Have fun learning how to create the next "Angry Birds" or "Bubble Ball" sensation on the App Store.

All Mobile sessions are identical. Each student/session must be paid for separately. Parents and students grades 6-12 are invited to attend the Mobile Application and Game Development session. Each participant must register and pay the $60 fee. Programs run from 9am to Noon.

Georgia Tech Summer Camp CEISMC Student Programs

Summer Programs 2014 are now open for applications! 2014 introduces a few new variations on our most popular programs. We've expanded our offerings of popular programs and added new twists so students who enjoyed them previously can come back for a new experience. Check out our Mobile app development on windows, Mobile app "snowpocalypse", Designing Healthy Cities, and LEGO Biorobotics and Human Modeling to name a few. Applications will be open until programs are full (this includes a wait list). Check out our website peaks-ceismc.gatech.edu for more information and descriptions of the programs. March 8 K.I.D.S. Club still has space! We still have very limited spots still available for the younger students. The iPhone and LEGO Robotics courses are full, but bring down your 2nd-5th grader for exciting STEM exploration and learning.
